We accept children from ages 5 and up. We group athletes by age and skill level to ensure a safe and

progressive learning environment.

Yes. Our programs are designed with safety and age-appropriate techniques in mind. We focus on body awareness, discipline, and fun while gradually introducing competitive skills.

No experience is needed. Many of our top competitors started at Gladiator with no background in

wrestling. Everyone starts as a beginner.

Comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and wrestling shoes (or barefoot if trialling). We provide all other equipment.

Yes. We offer competition pathways for all levels — from interclub to national and international events. Participation is encouraged but optional.
