Little Gladiators (Ages 4–9)
Fun, active sessions introducing kids to balance, movement, and basic wrestling skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Colts Gladiators (Ages 10–15)
Structured training for developing young wrestlers. Focus on technique, coordination, and team work while keeping it engaging and fun.
Future Champions (Competitors Only, 15yrs+)
Advanced training for competitive athletes preparing for tournaments. Emphasis on match strategy, conditioning, and performance.
Wrestling Fundamentals (15yrs & Up)
Designed for beginners new to wrestling. Covers stance, movement, takedowns, and defence in a friendly, structured setting.
Freestyle Olympic Wrestling Class (15yrs & Up)
Focuses on the international Olympic style of wrestling. Develops advanced technique of both upper and lower body takedowns and ground control, agility, and conditioning through partner drills and live wrestling.
Greco/Beach Wrestling (15yrs & Up)
Learn upper-body throws and control techniques used in Greco-Roman wrestling, with some sessions structured towards the beach wrestling ruleset.
Strength & Conditioning
A mix of functional strength, endurance, and mobility training designed to improve wrestling performance and prevent injury.
Mixed Colts & Seniors
An inclusive session bringing together teen and adult wrestlers to practice technique, live wrestling, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
Open Mat
Unstructured practice time for wrestlers of all levels to drill techniques, go live, or get extra coaching.
