Senior Nationals preparation Camp & Competition is running from Friday, May 24th to Sunday, May 26th, 2024. Get ready for intense training sessions designed to prepare you for senior nationals and elevate your wrestling game to new heights.

Fitness Session: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Technique Session: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Situations & Live: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday 25th May
Fitness Session: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Technique Session: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Sunday 26th May
Technique & Competition Warm-Up: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
