About the Event
COMPETITION READINESS CAMP
I'm incredibly excited to announce that the next Gladiator Wrestling Competition Readiness Camp is on from the 3rd to the 8th of January. The camp includes 3 training sessions per day from Monday to Friday and two training sessions on Saturday, including a competition...finishing at 12 noon.
AGE LEVELS
The camp is suitabe for both colts and seniors (10+ years - Adult)
FOOD
Lunch is provided. Please state any special dietary requirement by messaging Alan Landy head coach and competition organiser.
COACHES
There will be 3 high performance coaches in attendance. Two current and former national team members, West Australian High Performance Manager and the Senior Coach from Gladiator Wrestling.
This camp will make you a better, more complete wrestler who will have the concepts in place to take his or her wrestling to a higher competition level and greater success on the mat this season.
COST
Full Camp Rate - $195 (Including lunch on all 5 days)
Day Rate - $45 (if you cant attend all days)

FITNESS SESSION 8.30AM - 10:00AM
TECHNIQUE Session 12 NOON - 1:30PM
SITUATIONS & LIVE 5:30PM - 7:00PM
Saturday
TECHNIQUE & COMPETITION WARM UP 8 AM -9:30 AM
COMPETITION 10:30 - 12 NOON
