Go For Gold Seminar

The  next Go for Gold wrestling seminar will be held at Gladiator Wrestling on Sunday August 27th from 1:00PM - 3:00PM.

This seminar will focus on: 

1. Controlling the tie ups, how to make sure that it's your tie up or there is no tie up, and how to make sure that when you tie up, you put your opponent off balance and vulnerable for attack. 
2. Opening your opponent up for high percentage takedowns and controlling your opponent all the way to the mat.
3. Creating a defensive wall against takedown attacks. using our three lines of defence. we cover how to utilise the three h's our head, our hands and our hip to create barriers against attack.

All proceeds will go to the travel and accommodation of the coaches at this seminar.

They're all Olympic hopefuls who will be totally self funded in chasing their Olympic dream and will spend many thousands of dollars in trying to qualify a spot for Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
